Author Bio

Pedro was born in Mozambique in 1961, attended English schools in Lisbon and pursued his education until finishing a degree in Law. When he was around 33, Pedro decided there’s more to life than being a lawyer and tried his hand at various business activities, the most interesting of which was a company that produced and managed rock bands. In 2012 he decided to pick up again a long-forgotten hobby of his: writing. He started with a blog, mainly dedicated to political satire. Encouraged by the feedback from the blog Pedro then decided to try his hand at a whole book, an effort which resulted in the creation of “The Prince and the Singularity – A Circular Tale”.

Pedro’s second book “Marlene & Sofia – A Double Love Story” was released on 2 July, 2014. His third book “The Algorithm of Power” will be released on January 2, 2018.

  3. Pedro – Just finished The Prince and the Singularity. Congratulations on telling such a powerful tale about the nature of reality. I have learned much over the course of my life through meditation and I find your book on a metaphorical level is right on. In the book you suggest it is the objective of every particle to experience being every thing. Close enough for physical science. In the end you suggest there are no rules. Let me suggest however that there is only one rule. Ponder this Theory of Everything and perhaps you may agree.

The one rule is this: Spirit animates matter.

So powerful it this rule that it is a fact which did not escape your story. Again, thank you for a compelling and entertaining read in The Prince and the Singularity.
